Our Team

Traci oversees all revenue growth and systems development for the company. She ensures that customer’s needs are met and properties are cared for in a way that increases their value to the client.

Traci is an attorney by training receiving her JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jennifer manages Tilmon operations and the property management staff. She’s been a property management professional for 10 years from directing transitional housing to managing 200 unit high rise complexes. She received a Master’s of Public Administration from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bennett College.

Ainsley supervises and trains all of Tilmon’s building engineers. He trains the engineers in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, hardware and remote and digital repairs and technology.

Kandice Alexander is a graduate of University of Maryland University College and has over 13 years of experience as an accounting professional. During her career, Kandice worked with a major commercial architecture firm and spent several years working at Bank of America providing accounting services for their Bank owned commercial properties.

Kandice also provides accounting support for a local youth ministry called Youth 4 Change.

Brianna Burnette received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business. During the past five years, she’s spearheaded social media marketing campaigns for businesses and not-for-profit organizations. As the Director of Social Media at Tilmon Properties Brianna, oversees all virtual advertising, online platforms and the company’s website.
