Traci Miller is the managing member of Tilmon Properties. She is an attorney having served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Baltimore, Maryland in the beginning of her professional life. Later, she became a businessperson and ultimately founded Tilmon Properties. Her real estate expertise is focused on improving the value of properties and therefore communities by working closely with government, developers, financial institutions and contractors.

Barbara Cooper is the senior account manager for Tilmon Properties. During her 30 years of federal government experience, she became a seasoned expert in administrative and financial processes. She creates reliable procedures and systems of 'checks and balances' within the company as we are responsible for the operational and financial health of the properties we manage.

Sean Middleton is our Senior Engineer leading a team of engineers who take care of the mechanical systems, upkeep and maintenance of our office buildings, school and residential complexes. He also oversees all contractors who are hired to work on our properties.

Salecia Hines is a property manager at the firm with experience in shopping center management. She is responsible for tenant interaction, rapid response and maintenance.
